108 Global Rice Bowls has been selected by a panel of 5 young curators from Grand Valley State University, Michigan - Leah Burke, Patrick Brodeur, Cory Hurless, Courtney Jones, and Jessica Pleyel for “Ingest|Digest|Protest” - a performative and interactive screening of short films and video performances of US and international artists on the politics of food and the ethics of eating at Mess Hall, an experimental cultural center of visual art, radical politics, creative urban planning, applied ecological design intersect and inform each other.

"Mindful of the Seven Emotion" 七情不惑 from Eaten Your Fill of Rice? series is in The Kinsey Institute Juried Art Show 2012. Out of over 700 works only a little of 100 works were chosen for this 7th annual erotica show by a panel of 3 juries - Louise Lippincott, Curator of Fine Arts at Carnegie Museum of Art at Pittsburgh; Betsy Stirratt, Director of the Grunwald Gallery of Art at Indiana University; and Catherine Johnson-Roehr, Curator of Art, Artifacts and Photographs at The Kinsey Institute.

Digital study from the series Eaten Your Fill of Rice? - Maxim of The Art of War 吳宮教戰 is in Good Eats: An Exhibit About Food 2012 at the Kalamazoo Book Arts Center juried by KBAC Director Jeff Abshear and Katie Platte. A Chinese allegorical tableau of Centipede (蜈蚣 – 吳), Cricket (蟋蟀 – 冠 = 宮), and Scissor (鉸剪 = 教戰) fashioned in “Camouflage” and “Daisy” à la Warhol engaging War in the contemporary context via Sun Tzu's 孫武 The Art of War 孫子兵法.

108 Global Rice Bowls is selected by Becky Alley, the Exhibition and Programs Director of Lexington Art League for their Right Here Over There exhibition. Alley said, "I can truthfully say that this has been one of the most difficult selection processes I have ever experienced. We received over 1,500 works for consideration by 301 artists from around the world. In the end I selected 55 works by 43 artists." LAL is central Kentucky's oldest and the largest visual art organization, and this exhibition will be held at the Loudoun House which is listed with the National Register of Historic Places.

"10th Anniversary of September 11th in Red White Blue - Chee Wang Ng: September 11th Memorial Installation" is produced by the Asian American/Asian Research Institute together with Manhattan Borough President Scott M. Stringer Office, Pace University, and New Jersey City University with related lecture and program for the 2011 commemoration. The Red installation is exhibited in the Manhattan Borough President Office, with the White installation at Pace University - both located only blocks away east of Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan; while the Blue installation in a 9/11 group exhibition at the New Jersey City University, Jersey City - the closest part of neighboring New Jersey just west of Ground Zero across from the Hudson River. The World Trade Center is own by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The duration of the exhibition at each venue vary with all three installations be on view concurrently on September 11th.

Photos from the Eaten Your Fill of Rice? series were part of the Keynote Presentation by Dr. Joachim von Braun, the Director of the Center for Development Research (ZEF Bonn) when he was the Director General of the International Food Policy Research Institute entitled The Changing Economics and Politics of Rice: Implications for Food Security, Globalization and Environmental Sustainability at the World Rice Research Conference in Tokyo in 2004 to the distinguish international delegates including HIH The Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan.
